We always hope that you are happy with your purchase from us but understand if you need to return your vouchers. We can offer a refund on any vouchers returned to us unused within 28 days of delivery. Refunds will not be provided on any vouchers that are returned that have been redeemed at the cinema or on the cinemas website.
To request a refund, please forward your vouchers to [email protected] with a written request to receive a refund remembering to include your reasons for returning the vouchers.
None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us on [email protected].
If you have ordered the incorrect vouchers or if you wish to exchange something in your order please place a new order online for the replacement item, then return what you don’t want to keep as detailed in the Returns Policy.
