Merlin Cinemas - Adult
1. The Merlin Cinema Adult eCode can be exchanged for one admission ticket to a standard 2D performance at any Merlin Cinema in the UK. They are not valid for 3D, private screenings, special events or event cinema performances (the list of cinemas is subject to change, always check movie screening times and availability before travelling). 
2. The Merlin Cinema Adult eCode has an expiry date printed on the voucher copy. Once expired, the eCode will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen and no refund will be given.
3. The Merlin Cinema Adult eCode may be used to book tickets online at www.merlincinemas.co.uk or in person at the box office. The eCode cannot be used via the telephone booking service. The Merlin Cinema Adult eCode does not give the bearer priority over other guests.
4. Each eCode is considered to have been redeemed when the booking of tickets is confirmed. Each eCode may only be used once, repeated attempts to use the same code will not be successful.
5. When booking online using the Merlin Cinema Adult eCode (i) credit/debit card information must be provided (for processing purposes) and (ii) a booking/processing fee per person for whom a seat is booked will apply. Customers who do not wish to pay the fee can exchange their Merlin Cinema Adult eCode for a ticket in person at the cinema.
6. Admission is subject to availability, normal age restrictions apply - ID may be required, and any other relevant standard terms and conditions including Merlin Cinema’s general admission terms apply (http://torquay.merlincinemas.co.uk/terms).  
7. The Merlin Cinema Adult eCode may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8. There is no cash alternative; the Merlin Cinema Adult eCode is not transferable and may not be re-sold.

Merlin Cinemas - Child
1. The Merlin Cinema Child eCode can be exchanged for one child admission ticket to a standard 2D performance at any Merlin Cinema in the UK. 2. Children up to and including the age of 14 can use child tickets. Proof of age may be required.

1.       The Savoy Cinemas Adult 2D eCode may be exchanged for one standard Adult ticket to any standard 2D performance at any Savoy Cinema in the UK (the list of cinemas is subject to change, always check movie screening times and availability before travelling); excluding occasions where the cinema has been hired for special performances.
2.       The eCode is valid for any standard 2D performances.  The Savoy Adult 2D eCode is not valid for Alternative Content, Special Screenings, Television Programmes or Series/Seasons, Special Advance Screenings or VIP/premium seating.
3.       The eCode has an expiry date on the voucher copy. Once expired, the eCode will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen and no refund will be given.
4.       The eCode can be redeemed online at www.savoycinemas.co.uk or in person at the box office. The eCode cannot be used to book using the telephone service. The eCode does not give the bearer priority over other guests. When booking online using eCodes debit/credit card information may be requested (for processing purposes).  A 40p administration fee is payable for online bookings (in line with normal Savoy Cinemas procedures).
5.       Each eCode is considered to have been redeemed when a booking is confirmed, changes cannot be made after this point. Each eCode may only be used once, attempts to use the same eCode on separate occasions will not be successful.
